Recent additions in our prepress department have made this area of The Yankee Printer even more powerful. Our new Heidelberg Quicksetter 400 allows us to send files directly to our platemaker. No need to make film! These plates are easily loaded onto one of our presses and the printing has begun. Besides two more workstations, we've also added an Epson Stylus Professional 5000 inkjet proofer so customers can view sharp, yet inexpensive color proofs before their job is printed on our new Heidelberg DI press. We welcome your electronic files whether Mac or PC and will guide you through the design and transfer stages of your projects with confidence and ease. Whether your files are completely trapped and color separated or you're not sure what those terms even mean, we can help prepare your files for production. We accept files via disk, CD, E-Mail, modem, or FTP posting. And, of course, we offer to perform all the typesetting, scanning, trapping, and color separating duties if that would make things easier for you.
