Postscripting = the process of converting a digital file into a language that a printer can understand. Each printer has it’s own language. For instance, a desktop HP laser printer has a different language than a Xerox DocuTech printer.

To be capable of printing to a particular printer, you must install the correct printer driver (file converter) for the device that you want to use.
For example: Let's say that you had a MS Word document that was 100 pages long and you wanted 1,000 copies of the document. This would be a great time to use a Xerox DocuTech.

To install the DocuTech drivers onto your computer, you must make sure they are readily available to you. If you have Windows NT, or Windows 98, you already have the drivers on your hard drive. If you have Windows 95, or a Mac, you’ll need to download the drivers from our site.

Follow the “Printer drivers, installing” instructions in the Help menu of Windows.
